Donation Refund Policy

Donations made to FINOVO MICRO SERVICE FOUNDATION are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to support our mission and programs. However, we recognize that errors can occur, and refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized payments. To request a refund, donors must contact us within 30 days of the donation date by emailing info@finovomicroservice.com, providing the donation details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and additional terms from third-party payment processors may apply. By donating, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.
