Based in West Bengal, with its registered address at Kalna Court, Kalna, Purba Burdwan, 713409, Finovo is one of the most well-known microfinance institutions at the district level. Founded by Gobinda Das, who has over 8 years of experience in the microfinance industry, and Sutanu Panday, a general physician and social worker, on September 22, 2023, Finovo operates on the principle of providing microloans to impoverished individuals who lack access to traditional banking services. These loans are often extended to support entrepreneurship and small businesses in rural areas, helping to alleviate poverty and empower communities. In addition to its financial services, Finovo actively organizes tree plantation drives and medical camps to improve the environment and healthcare access in underserved areas.
